The blue raincoat, the second book of the series, takes place in autumn and Vasilou, known as Loulou, after seeing some of her schoolmates wearing raincoats on a rainy day, insistently asks for her own raincoat. A blue one! She needs it! And so, her parents get her one and Loulou can’t wait to wear it and go play outside in the rain.
