Savvas Orfanos was born and raised in Luxembourg. He holds a BA and an MA in Philosophy and Humanities from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, where he is currently completing a PhD in Political Philosophy. He joined the agency as an administrative intern in January 2026 and was promoted to junior agent in July 2026.
